Subject: Global Country of World Peace will raise every nation to invincibility

(April 13, 2004) His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi offered to every government his Global Country of World Peace as a model of ideal administration, and invited government leaders to utilise the knowledge and programs of His Majesty Raja Raam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, to create perfection in the life of the people. Then, Maharishi said, no individual will face problems and no nation will face enemies either inside or outside its borders.

"We have the global organisation and the brilliant scientists and great well-wishers of peace to set mankind in the evolutionary direction for all generations to come," Maharishi said. "Now, we are informing governments that the knowledge is available to fully awaken in everyone’s consciousness total Natural Law, which administers the universe with perfect order. Then every individual will rise to higher states of consciousness, every nation will rise to invincibility, and the whole world family will enjoy a permanent state of peace and affluence."

Maharishi’s proclamation came during his recent global news conference, which was broadcast live via satellite and Internet webcast on April 7 from the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Meru, Holland. Maharishi’s next news conferences will be held on April 14 and 15.

Maharishi said that His Majesty Raja Raam is offering to governments ideal systems of education, health, economy, political science, administration, defence, agriculture, and architecture and city planning. These systems, Maharishi said, will create prevention-oriented, problem-free administration in every nation.

His Majesty Raja Raam is the world’s foremost neuroscientist, who discovered that the human physiology is the expression of the Unified Field of Natural Law—the field of consciousness. His discovery reveals that every individual has cosmic creative potential, which can be enlivened to create enlightenment for the individual, invincibility for every nation, and peace in the world through the consciousness-based programs of the Global Country of World Peace. These programs include:

EDUCATION—Consciousness-based education to develop the total brain potential of every student so that every student enjoys a mistake-free life supported by the evolutionary power of Natural Law

HEALTH—Consciousness-based, prevention-oriented health care, free from harmful side effects, to prevent and cure disease

ECONOMICS—The Poverty Removal Program, which includes the Global Development Currency of the Global Country of World Peace—the RAAM—to develop unused fertile agricultural land for profitable export of organic food and to support creative young entrepreneurs expand their life-supporting business enterprises worldwide

POLITICAL SCIENCE—Supreme Political Science for every level of government—national, state, and city—to create prevention-oriented, problem-free administration through the Constitution of the Universe

ADMINISTRATION—Administration through Natural Law to bring the support of the managing intelligence of Nature to create unrestricted prosperity and progress for every government, business, and organisation

DEFENSE—Invincible Defence Strategy to prevent the birth of an enemy by creating large groups of peace-creating experts

AGRICULTURE—Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture to enliven the inner intelligence of plants through Vedic sounds for healthy, nutritious food

ARCHITECTURE AND CITY PLANNING—Vedic architecture and city planning in accord with Natural Law to maximise the good fortune, health, and happiness of everyone

Maharishi acknowledged that his offer of "invincibility to every nation" may sound unbelievable in the family of nations, where any government can be bought by any other government with money. "But whether governments believe us or not, we must speak out what is right," Maharishi said. "His Majesty Raja Raam has the total knowledge to peacefully raise every government to invincibility."

Maharishi also emphasised that the policies and programs of the Global Country of World Peace are in line with the spirit of unification in the world—as shown by the formation of the European Union. In addition, Maharishi said, with the trend towards globalisation, the Global Country of World Peace will fulfil the urgent need for top-level management in the world. "We have the knowledge and the ideal organisation—from the global level to the national, state, and city levels in every country—to administer the 6 billion people of the world in the same evolutionary manner as total Natural Law administers the infinite diversity of the universe with perfect order," Maharishi said.

Maharishi concluded by issuing a strong alert to heads of state to take action before it is too late. "Who knows when the British will impose themselves on another nation—or what country American bombs will fall on next? The government will be gone, the nation will be gone, and civilisation will be gone," Maharishi said. "Fortunately, there is still time. So, we invite every government to rise to invincibility under the parental administration of the Global Country of World Peace. But do it today. ‘Make hay while the sun shines’—because who knows what will happen tomorrow?"
