Maharishi, in his weekly press conferences, is continually emphasising the importance of coherence as the only way to maintain peace and prevent the devastation of war.

Let us all do everything we can together to create more coherence, and to maintain peace in the world, and prevent the immanent threat of war. The next two weeks are absolutely vital.

• Our National Coherence Day is on Sunday 16 February. The Maharishi European Sidhaland in Skelmersdale is planning a huge course for the weekend of the 15 and 16 February, and many TM Centres around the UK will be holding Coherence Days on both Saturday 15 and Sunday 16. Badingham TM academy is already full. Both the Central London and the Victoria TM Centres are also holding Coherence Days this Sunday.

• The Maharishi European Sidhaland is offering the Creating Coherence Programme every week for the next two months at half price.

• Many TM Centres will be holding Coherence Days every Sunday for the next two months. Contact your local Centre for details.

• There are special weekly rates available for group programme in residence at Badingham and we will be sending out more details.

We warmly invite everyone to participate as much as possible in the events outlined above, and to make every effort to join group programmes and group meditations in the Centres; also to come together with friends locally for group programmes, when it is more convenient.

Whenever possible, doing programme at super radiance times enhances the effect. The times are as follows, with main time listed first in each case:

Weekdays: AM: 8:00 or 7:15; PM: 6:05 or 7:00

Weekends (& public holidays): AM: 8:00 or 7:15; PM: 5:30 or 6:15 National Coherence Days: AM: 10:00; PM: 5:30

His Excellency Dr Bevan Morris, Minister of Enlightenment, answers questions:

Maharishi has been calling urgently for increased coherence especially since war in the Middle East became immanent last August. Three questions asked by US Sidhas at the time and answered by Dr. Bevan Morris are even more relevant now.

QUESTION: How quickly do we need the groups?
BEVAN: "Immediately: Every candle lit in the darkness brings a big light. There is danger of the US starting a war with Iraq - with consequences that we cannot imagine, according to Maharishi."

QUESTION: Should we fly in a group if experiences feel better at home?
BEVAN: "Maharishi is calling for all of us to fly in groups because ten Sidhas together is like a hundred Sidhas separately and the coherence creating effect is needed by the nation. 'Be in a group at every instance you possibly can' - this is Maharishi's repeated strong message."

QUESTION: How quickly will groups improve the safety of the US and Canada?
BEVAN: "From the very first day that a group comes into existence the safety improves. It is not a question of a delay or of some future effect. It is instant and immediate. We will hear better things and have better thoughts coming from the leaders of our countries."

Everything which applies to the USA and Canada applies also to Great Britain, and the urgency is greater now than ever before.
